FKM material is equiped with 3 production lines, one for precompounds, one for black compounds, one for colorful compounds. The maximum capacity for fluoroelastomer compound and polymer is 4800 tons per year.
The rubber compounding factory is well equiped with Japan-made banburies, two-roller mixers, reaction kettle, strainer; the rubber product factory is equiped with Rotocure machine, press machine, extruder. The lab is equiped with Rheometer, Hardness Testor, Elongation Testor, Rotary Viscosimeter, Biochemitry Incubator.

Reactor for FVMQ polymer

Kneader
2 sets *1200L
Polymers and crosslinkers will be mixed evenly in the kneader. After that the mixture can be mixed again on two-roller mixer.
Open Mixer
Curing agents and fillers are added in the rubber masterbatch on two-roller mixers. After several times of compounding by experienced workers, the rubber mixture is mixed uniformly.
Rubber Fillter: 35L
Crestmat's strength--FKM FVMQ Rubber material will be filtered twice before ready for delivery. To make sure none impurities occur in the rubber mixtures.
Cooling Machine
The rubber material will get faster and better cooling after compounding, to ensure get the best physical properties.
Automatic Cutting Machine
The rubber material is cutted into sheets as requested sizes, which is very convenient for customers to use.
Rotocure
Crestmat supplys FKM sheet, FVMQ sheet, HNBR sheet. The rubber sheets we produced are finished by different equipment. For thickness lower than 10mm, it is done by Rotocure. The advantage of Rotocured fluorine rubber sheet-- Continuous vulcanization, uniform thickness, smooth surface.
Platen Vulcanizer
For rubber sheets thickness higher than 10mm, it is done by Platen Vulcanizer. It can produce thick sheet and the sheet with patten.
