Our Products
Our products mainly include fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ), hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), and other rubber materials, as well as rubber calendering products. Our Equipment
Our rubber compounding plant is equipped with advanced Japanese-made internal mixers, two-roll mixers, and reactors. The rubber products plant has rotary vulcanizers, presses, extruders, and other specialized equipment. Additionally, we use rotary viscometers, biochemical incubators, and other tools for quality control and testing.


Production Capacity
We operate three production lines for FKM materials: one for premixes, one for black compounds, and one for color compounds. Our total production capacity for fluororubber compounds and polymers is up to 4,800 tons per year.

From Design to Realization – Custom HNBR Rubber for You

After selecting the right type of material, we enter the design process. We will create a 3D computer model for you and convert it into a working drawing. We will discuss this with you before the start of trial production. It is in your interest, and in ours, that the HNBR rubber customization is truly tailor-made.

In all cases, our production process follows the same familiar pattern. After you approve the working drawing, we will start with a test or zero series. We will also evaluate this test series with you according to the applicable international standards. When the series is satisfactory, we can switch to actual series production.
