Usage
► Mixing: first re-mix several times on the two-roll mixer, add vulcanizing agent, after absorb it set thickness to 0.5 mm-1 mm pass 8-10 times then film and store.
► Vulcanization: remix the rubber compound with vulcanizing agent and then produce pieces or cut into the required shape, and then press and vulcanize on the molds.

► Shall be put in dry and ventilate places. Validity is 1 year.
Details
The FKM compound rubber is obtained by adding MgO, Ca(OH)2, carbon black and accelerators to the FKM precompound and then mixing them. Therefore, we can regard the fluororubber precompound as a semi-finished product of the compound rubber. Like the FKM compound, the FKM precompound can also be divided into bisphenol vulcanization and peroxide vulcanization according to the different vulcanization methods, and can be divided into copolymer or terpolymer according to the different components of the raw rubber. The fluorine content of the copolymer is generally 66%, while the fluorine content of the terpolymer is generally not less than 68%. The performance of peroxide vulcanized rubber is generally better than that of bisphenol vulcanized rubber, and of course the price is more expensive. Like the compound rubber, the precompound rubber has excellent physical and mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
