Crestmat is a leading high performance rubber material and rubber product supplier in China. The factory has been devoted in special rubber compounding for more than 30 years.
The products mainly include rubber materials like fluorosilicone (FVMQ), arylate rubber (ACM), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), fluoroelastomer (FKM) and rubber calendering products such as HNBR sheet, FKM sheet, fluorosilicone sheet and rubber extruded products such as fkm o ring cord, HNBR rubber cord, fkm profile and high quality ffkm oring. The products are widely used in aviation, automobile, petroleum, marine, semi-condutor and many other fields.
The rubber compounding factory is well equiped with Japan-made banburies, two-roller mixers, reaction kettle, strainer; the rubber product factory is equiped with Rotocure machine, press machine, extruder. The lab is equiped with Rheometer, Hardness Testor, Elongation Testor, Rotary Viscosimeter, Biochemitry Incubator.

► Rubber raw material
Crestmat offers over 30 grades of fluoroelastomers with varying monomer composition, mooney viscosity and fluorine content, which as alternatives of Viton family A, B, GF, GLT. And for fluorosilicone, different molecular weights and Vinyl contents are available.
► Compounded rubber masterbatch
Crestmat offers has a broad collection of formulations tailor made for various working conditions and applications. For example, specific FKM compounds have been developed for injection molding, compression molding, smoother extrusions, faster cure, enhanced metal bonding, longer scorch safety and improved hot tear. Same with our fluorosilicone and HNBR. Customatzation for different hardness, color, processing methods, optimized for high performance in extreme enviroments.
► Rubber sheet
Crestmat supplys FKM sheet, FVMQ sheet, HNBR sheet. The rubber sheets we produced are finished by different equipment. For thickness lower than 10mm, it is done by Rotocure; and for thickness higher than 10mm, it is done by Platen Vulcanizer.
► Rubber cord
