Our experienced technical team designs and fine-tunes compound formulations based on customer requirements regarding physical properties, application scenarios, and operating conditions. For instance, we have developed specialized FKM compounds optimized for injection molding, compression molding, smoother extrusion, and improved metal bonding.
◆ Raw Material Inspection
All raw polymers and fillers undergo strict quality checks before being approved for production. Testing of raw gum includes appearance, Mooney viscosity, density, and standard physical properties.
◆ Material Weighing
All materials-including base gum, fillers, crosslinkers, and accelerators-are weighed using electronic precision scales to eliminate human error and ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
◆ Trial Order Confirmation
Samples are custom-produced and delivered in the shortest possible lead time. This process allows us to gain deeper insight into customer expectations for hardness, color, application performance, and key properties-ensuring the final product precisely meets their needs.
◆ Bulk Production
Upon sample approval, we proceed to efficient mass production. The formulation remains consistent with or further improved from the trial sample, guaranteeing stable and reliable quality across all future repeat orders.
◆ Production Inspection
Finished products undergo rigorous laboratory testing, including checks for: appearance, Mooney viscosity, density, hardness, elongation at break, tear strength, compression set, heat aging resistance, oil resistance, and more.
◆ Packing for Delivery
Once approved, products are packed securely for international shipping. Air shipments are packed in reinforced cartons, and sea shipments are mounted on plywood pallets. Total lead time typically ranges between 5–7 working days.
