We conduct testing in accordance with widely recognized industrial standards, including:
GB/T, HG/T, ASTM, SAE, DIN, ISO, as well as specific automotive standards such as TL, BMW, and GM.

Rubber Abrasion Tester
This instrument is designed for measuring wear resistance in elastic materials and rubber, complying with DIN, ISO, GB-9867, and other major testing standards.

Thermal Aging Tester
We assess changes in volume, elongation, and tensile strength after exposing rubber materials to controlled high-temperature conditions, simulating long-term aging effects.

Low Temperature Tester
Used to determine the brittleness temperature and glass transition temperature of various rubber materials and formulations, helping us evaluate performance in cold environments.

Mooney Viscosity Tester
Mooney viscosity is a key indicator of rubber quality and consistency. It also helps predict how a material will behave during processing-such as in extrusion, molding, or mixing-ensuring reliable production performance.

Rheometer
This device tracks the cross-linking progression of rubber during vulcanization. It captures essential parameters including initial viscosity, scorch time, curing rate, optimal vulcanization time, and reversion behavior.

Tensile and Elongation Tester
Essential for measuring the strength and stretch properties of rubber compounds, this tester provides critical data to evaluate the physical characteristics of developed materials.
