Precautions for installation of fluorine rubber O-ring

Before installing the fluorine rubber O-ring, check the following items:
1. Whether the introduction angle is processed according to the drawing, and whether the sharp edges are chamfered or rounded;
2. Whether the inner diameter has a deburred surface;
3. Whether the seals and parts have been coated with lubricating grease or liquid (to ensure the media compatibility of the elastomer, use the sealed liquid for lubrication);
4. Do not use lubricating greases containing solid additives, such as molybdenum disulfide and zinc sulfide.
