Scope of use and storage methods of high-temperature resistant fluororubber sheets

High temperature resistant fluororubber plate, also known as flame retardant rubber plate, rubber high-voltage insulation pad, damping rubber plate. It is widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, laboratories, and field live working. It is mainly made of rubber insulating materials, and the upper and lower surfaces of the insulating mat should be free of harmful irregularities. Harmful irregularity refers to one of the following characteristics, namely, defects that destroy uniformity and smooth contours of the surface, such as small holes, cracks, local ridges, cuts, inclusions of conductive foreign materials, creases, voids, concave and convex ripples, and casting marks.
Harmless irregularities refer to surface irregularities formed during the production process. The specific content is as follows:
1. Specification for high temperature resistant fluororubber sheets
(1) According to voltage level, it can be divided into 5kv, 10kv, 20kv, 25kv, 35kv
(2) According to color, it can be divided into: black rubber pad, red rubber pad, and green rubber pad
(3) According to thickness, it can be divided into: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm
2. Scope of use and storage method of high-temperature resistant fluororubber plate:
It is widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, laboratories, and field live working.
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and more than 20cm away from the ground and walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils, and avoid direct sunlight in the open air.
