The hardness range of commonly used fluororubber sheets is HS60 to 90. "Those with low hardness are used for low pressure, while those with high hardness are used for high pressure.".? 2. Distortion phenomenon? Twisting refers to the phenomenon that the fluororubber plate twists in the circumferential direction, which generally occurs in the dynamic sealing state. If the fluororubber plate is properly assembled and used under appropriate conditions, it is generally not easy to cause rolling or twisting during reciprocating motion, because the contact area between the fluororubber plate and the groove is larger than the frictional contact area on the sliding surface, and the resistance of the fluororubber plate itself can originally prevent twisting.
